摘要
文章以商务部境外投资企业目录中有设有海外研发机构的上市公司为样本,探讨了我国企业研发国际化对创新绩效的影响过程,并应用经验数据对这种影响的存在性进行了检验,同时还检验了研发能力、人力资源、国际化经验等吸收能力要素对研发国际化与创新绩效两者间关系的影响。结果表明:研发国际化强度和研发国际化多样化与创新绩效呈U型关系;研发能力对研发国际化多样化与创新绩效间关系起正向调节作用,但对研发国际化强度与创新绩效的关系起负向调节作用;人力资源正向调节研发国际化强度与创新绩效的关系,但对研发国际化多样化与创新绩效关系的调节作用不显著;国际化经验正向调节研发国际化多样化与创新绩效的关系,但对研发国际化强度与创新绩效关系的调节作用不显著。
of Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China,this paper discusses the impact of Chinese companies’R&D interna. tionalization on innovation performance,and employ the empirical data to test the existence of this impact. Moreover,the paper also examines the impacts of R&D capability,human resources,internationalization experience and other absorptive capacity factors on the relationship between R&D internationalization and innovation performance. The results indicate that:The rela. tionship between R&D internationalization intensity and diversity and innovation performance is U-shaped;R&D capability has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between R&D internationalization diversity and innovation performance, while has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between R&D internationalization intensity and innovation perfor. mance;Human resource has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between R&D internationalization intensity and in. novation performance,but cannot significantly moderate the relationship between R&D internationalization diversity and inno. vation performance;International experience positively moderates the relationship between R&D internationalization diversity and innovation performance,but its moderating effect on the relationship between R&D internationalization intensity and inno. vation performance is not significant.
