摘要
为了解某企业有害作业人员高血压患病及知晓情况,收集该企业2017—2018年接触噪声、粉尘、高温作业人员体检数据,对其基本体检指标血压进行分析,并对高血压人员进行知晓情况调查。结果表明,近两年接触噪声、粉尘、高温作业人员高血压患病率分别为12.9%、10.1%、14.5%,明显低于2012年的患病率,具有统计学意义;知晓率分别为89.7%、86.9%、97.3%,明显高于2012年的知晓率,具有统计学意义,说明近年来企业预防慢性病工作效果良好。
In order to understand the high blood pressure disease and knowledge of personnel exposed to harmful operations in an enterprise.The company collects data from the 2017-2018 noise operations,dust operations,and high-temperature workers’medical examinations,analyzes the blood pressure of its basic medical examination indicators,and conducts a knowledge survey of hypertension workers.The results showed that the prevalence of hypertension among noise,dust and high temperature workers in the past two years was 12.9%,10.1%and 14.5%,respectively,which is significantly lower than the prevalence rate in 2012 and has statistical significance.The awareness rates were 89.7%,86.9%and 97.3%respectively,which is significantly higher than the awareness rate in 2012.It is of statistical significance,indicating that enterprises have achieved good results in preventing chronic diseases in recent years.
