摘要
采用流体软件研究脱硝SCR系统装置内烟气流体分布运行情况。建立数学模型及边界条件,得出了SCR导流板工况下的速度云图、压力云图和NOx质量云图,通过计算,表明导流板能够优化弯道处的烟气流场分布,使脱硝化学反应充分发生,提高氮氧化物的脱除效率。燃煤锅炉火电机组脱硝试验数据表明,设置导流板后的脱硝SCR系统能够满足环保超低排放的要求,是脱硝系统优化的重要内容。
Fluid software was used to investigate the distribution of smoke fluid in the SCR(selected catalyst reduction) system.The mathematical model and boundary conditions were established,and pressure,velocity contours nephogram and NOx quality images of the SCR guide plate under the operation condition were also obtained.The calculation showed that the guide plates could improve the removal efficiency of nitrogen oxides through optimizing the flue gas flow distribution at curved conduit,whereas the denitration reaction can be more efficient.The test data of the coal-fired boiler of thermal power unit show that the SCR system with the deflector can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission and increasingly become an important component of the optimization for denitration system.
