摘要
集装箱多式联运是铁路货运与现代物流融合发展的重要方向。为提高上海局集团公司集装箱多式联运发展水平,发挥多式联运铁路核心端作用,概述上海局集团公司集装箱多式联运发展现状,针对基础设施建设不完善、协调机制不健全、市场缺乏多式联运统一经营人等集装箱多式联运发展存在的问题,提出完善铁路基础设施建设、协调管理机制建设、培育多式联运经营人、开拓无水港业务、开行多样化集装箱班列等发展对策,以促进铁路核心资源和公水优势资源融合,增加多式联运市场份额和提高多式联运服务水平。
Integrative development of railway freight transportation and modern logistics has brought in the rapid growth of container intermodal transportation.To facilitate a better development of container intermodal transportation with railway as the core at China Railway Shanghai Group,this paper studies and summarizes the development of Shanghai Group focusing on the existing obstacles and problems:poor infrastructure,improper coordination mechanism and lack of overall operators.To increase the market share and improve intermodal transportation service with closer integration of superior resources in the fields of railway and public water,this paper puts forward the following strategies:upgrading railway infrastructure,improving coordination mechanism,cultivating qualified operators,piloting dry port business and launching diversified container trains.
