摘要
黑龙港平原位于黄淮海平原北部,河北省东南部,是古黄河和海河各支流长期冲积而成的平原区,以邱县为代表,通过分析邱县水资源开发利用状况及用水水平现状,揭示了黑龙港邯郸平原区在水资源开发利用中出现的地下水超采、地表水利用率低等问题,并提出优化产业结构和种植结构、提高用水效率、加大地表水利用及持续地下水压采等系列建议,为黑龙港邯郸平原区水资源可持续利用和综合管理提供技术参考。
The Heilonggang Plain is located in the northern part of the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain and southeast of Hebei Province.It is a long-term alluvial plain formed by the tributaries of the ancient Yellow River and the Haihe River.Taking Qiuxian County as the representative,this paper analyzes the situation of water resources development and utilization and the current situation of water use level in Qiuxian County,and reveals the problems of overexploitation of groundwater and low utilization rate of surface water in the development of water resources in Handan plain of Heilonggang,and puts forward a series of suggestions,such as optimizing the industrial structure and planting structure,improving the efficiency of water use,increasing the use of surface water resources and continuing compression of mined groundwater,so as to provides technical reference for sustainable utilization and comprehensive management of water resources in Handan plain of Heilonggang.
