摘要
依据水资源管控要求、调配能力等,以盘锦市水资源开发利用与保护控制指标为基础,核算水资源承载能力;从水资源开发利用与水环境容量占用情况等方面核算水资源承载负荷;为评价水量要素及承载状况提供数据参考。
Based on water resources control requirements and capacity of allocation,this paper calculates the carrying capacity of water resources on the basis of water resources development and protection control index of Panjin City.The load of water resources is calculated from the aspects of water resources development and utilization and water environmental capacity occupancy.It provides data reference for evaluating the water quantity factors and carrying conditions.
