摘要
工作装置作为液压挖掘机最重要的部分,其性能直接影响液压挖掘机的工作性能和可靠性,并且工作装置占挖掘机整机质量的比重较大。因此,在保证工作装置刚度、强度、稳定性要求的前提下,对挖掘机工作装置进行轻量化研究非常有必要。通过对液压挖掘机工作装置斗杆的结构分析和优化,分析斗杆的强度、刚度,确定斗杆是否还有轻量化设计的空间。课题提出的斗杆轻量化研究方法对工程机械的轻量化设计具有参考价值。
Hydraulic excavator working device as the most important part of excavator,its performance directly affects the working performance and reliability of the excavator,and the working device of excavator accounts for a large proportion of the whole machine mass.On the premise of guaranteeing stiffness,strength,and stability requirements of the working device,a study on lightweight of excavator working device is necessary.Through structure analysis and optimization of the hydraulic excavator arm,analyze the strength and stiffness of arm and determine if there is room for lightweight design of the arm.The arm lightweight design method is put forward,which has a guiding significance for lightweight design of construction machinery.
