摘要
文章充分利用数字化计量系统采样数字化、通信网络化以及IEC 61850标准可扩展性的特点,基于智能变电站网络架构,提出一种数字化计量二次设备远程在线校验实现方案,该方案基于IEC 61850工程电能计量模型进行装置通信建模,采用了计量校验专用逻辑节点MSCN累计测量电能值,通过MMS服务将校验数据传输至站控层,在站内计量设备时钟同步的基础上完成非侵入式校验,具有"就地校验"与"后台校验"2种校验实现模式。在此基础上,设计开发了远程校验系统,最后通过对比试验验证了该方案的准确性与可行性。
By making full use of the digitized and networked features of digital metering system and the extensibility of IEC 61850 standard,a remote on-line calibration for digital metering secondary equipment based on the network architecture of smart substation has been proposed in this paper.In the concrete implementation,the calibration device is modeled based on application model of electric metering in IEC 61850 project,a special logic node MSCN is used to measure the testing electrical energy,and the calibration data is transmitted to the station control layer through the MMS service,as a result,non-intrusive calibration is completed on the basis of the clock synchronization of metering devices in the station,which has the implementation mode of on-site calibration and background calibration.Moreover,a remote calibration system is designed and developed,and the contrast test results show that the scheme is accurate and feasible.
