摘要
目的研究探讨Q-开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月～2017年6月期间我院皮肤科收治的100例黄褐斑患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用Q-开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,观察组采用Q-开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、皮损面积评分、皮肤颜色评分、面部美观满意度、DLQI评分。结果在临床疗效方面,治疗2个月、4个月、6个月后,观察组的总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组的不良反应总发生率分别为8%、4%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的皮损面积评分、皮肤颜色评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而观察组的皮损面积评分、皮肤颜色评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的面部美观总满意率为88%,高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。治疗后,组间比较,观察组DLQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组DLQI评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论采用Q-开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑可提高临床疗效,还兼具安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of chloasma. Methods One hundred patients with chloasma who were admitted in our department of dermatology from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. The observation group was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rate, lesion area score, skin color score, facial aesthetic satisfaction, and DLQI score were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 2 months, 4 months, and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 8% and 4%, respectively. And there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the lesion area score and skin color score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05), while the lesion area score and skin color score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the facial appearance of the observation group was 88%, which was higher than 70% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the DLQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), while the DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light to treat chloasma can improve the clinical efficacy, and it is also safe.
