地浸采铀钻孔过滤器对溶液渗流影响的数值模拟 被引量:8

摘要 为提高矿体薄、矿砂比小的砂岩型铀矿地浸溶液工作效率,采用数值模拟方法对钻孔过滤器影响溶液在矿层和围岩的流量分布进行了计算,以优化钻孔结构。结果表明,钻孔过滤器向围岩延伸方向及长度,是影响地浸溶液渗流分布的重要因素;采用抽、注孔过滤器分别自矿层向下围岩和上围岩延伸的结构,可以有效增加溶浸液流经矿层的比例;过滤器延伸长度以2~3 m为宜,处于高位的注液孔过滤器延伸长度可略小于低位注液孔,有利于不同方向的均衡浸出。 In order to improve the working efficiency of the leaching solution of the sandstone-type uranium deposit with thin ore body and small ore ratio during in-situ leaching,the flow distribution of the influence of the drilling filter on the ore and surrounding rock is calculated by numerical simulation method to optimize the distribution of the borehole.The results show that the direction and length of the drilling filter to the surrounding rock is an important factor affecting the seepage distribution of the in-situ solution.The prolonging the length of drilling filter from ore bodies into wall rock would effectively increase the proportion of the leaching solution flowing through the ore layer.However,the prolonging length of the filter is preferably 2~3 m,and the injection drilling filter at a high position may be slightly shorter than the low-level injection ones,which conducive to balanced leaching in different directions.
