摘要
目的研究观察优质护理对习惯性流产患者心理情绪的影响。方法选取在我院接受治疗的100例习惯性流产患者为本次的研究对象,在我院治疗护理的时间在2017年9月—2018年1月,将所有习惯性流产患者采用随机数字表法分为两组:对照组和实验组。每组50例习惯性流产患者。对照组习惯性流产患者进行常规的护理,实验组患者在对照组的基础上实施优质护理,对比两组习惯性流产患者的焦虑和抑郁评分。结果实施护理前,两组习惯性流产患者的焦虑和抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);实施护理干预后,两组患者的心理情绪均得到改善,实验组习惯性流产患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,再次流产率是16.00%,低于对照组的38.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对习惯性流产的患者实施优质护理干预可以有效改善患者的心理情绪,减轻心理压力,避免流产的再次发生,具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of quality nursing on psychological emotions of patients with habitual abortion.Methods 100 patients with habitual abortion who were treated in our hospital were selected for this discussion.The time of treatment and nursing in our hospital was from September 2017 to January 2018.All habitual abortion patients discussed were randomized.The digital table method divides it into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.50 patients with habitual abortion in each group.Patients in the control group who underwent routine abortion underwent routine nursing.The patients in the experimental group underwent quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of habitual abortion patients were compared.Results Before the implementation of nursing,there was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups of habitual abortion patients(P>0.05);after the implementation of nursing intervention,the psychological emotions of the two groups of patients were improved,the experimental group habitual abortion The anxiety and depression scores of the patients were lower than those of the control group.The recurrent abortion rate was 16.00%,which was higher than that of the control group of 38.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing intervention for patients with habitual abortion can effectively improve the patient's psychological emotions,reduce psychological stress,avoid recurrence of abortion,and has high clinical application value.
