后颅窝肿瘤的CT和MRI诊断及鉴别诊断价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析CT检查和MRI检查在后颅窝肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:收集2015年2月-2017年9月在本院接受手术治疗的90例后颅窝肿瘤患者的病例资料,术前都接受CT检查和MRI检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,计算出两种检查方式的定性、定位诊断准确率,分析各类型肿瘤影像学特征。结果:定性诊断准确率为96. 67%,定位诊断准确率为100. 00%,包括12例(13. 33%)听神经瘤、8例(8. 89%)脑膜瘤、35例(38. 89%)转移性肿瘤、8例(8. 89%)室管膜瘤、20例(22. 22%)星形胶质细胞瘤、7例(7. 78%)髓母细胞瘤,一般情况下都有特征性表现,分析发现,MRI可实现三维成像,将肿瘤位置、周围状况准确显示出来,CT对肿瘤钙化的敏感度较高,可准确鉴别。结论:在后颅窝肿瘤鉴别诊断中,CT和MRI各有优势,可考虑联合应用。 Objective:To analyze the value of CT and MRI in differential diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors.Methods:The data of 90 patients with posterior cranial fossa tumor who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2017 were collected.Ct and MRI examinations were performed before operation.The accuracy of location diagnosis and the imaging features of various types of tumors were analyzed.Results:Qualitative diagnostic accuracy was 96.67%,the localization diagnostic accuracy was 100.00%,including 12 cases(13.33%),8 cases(8.89%)of acoustic neuroma,meningioma,35 cases(38.89%),8 cases of metastatic tumor(8.89%),ependymoma,20 cases(22.22%)of the astrocyte tumors,7 cases(7.78%),medulloblastoma,generally has the characteristic,the analysis found that MRI can realize 3 d imaging,tumor location,surrounding conditions accurately displayed,the sensitivity of the CT to tumor calcification is higher,can be correctly identified.Conclusion:Ct and MRI have respective advantages in differential diagnosis of posterior cranial fossa tumor.
