摘要
目的:探讨纽曼系统护理模式对甲状腺腔镜手术患者围手术期并发症的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的甲状腺癌患者70例为研究对象,经术后病理确诊,均为单发结节,根据不同护理模式将其分为两组,对照组(n=35)给予常规护理,观察组(n=35)给予纽曼系统护理,对比两组患者治疗前后焦虑情况和术后疼痛情况及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后两组患者HAMA评分均有所下降,但观察组患者下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后1、6、12 h VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率分别为11.43%和48.57%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理模式可有效降低患者术前焦虑、术后疼痛和并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of Newman system nursing mode on perioperative complications of patients undergoing thyroid endoscopic surgery.Method:Seventy patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were all confirmed by postoperative pathology and were divided into two groups according to different nursing modes.The control group(n=35)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(n=35)was given Newman systematic nursing.The two groups were compared.Anxiety and postoperative pain and incidence of complications were observed before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the HAMA scores of the two groups decreased,but the decrease of the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1,6,12 h after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were 11.43%and 48.57%,had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Newman system nursing model can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety,postoperative pain and complications,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
