摘要
随着人工智能、云计算等信息技术的发展,依托数字而存在的一种新型资本—数字资本应运而生。它是继产业资本、金融资本而后出现的第三种资本样态,三者之间是密不可分的。数字资本的产生,也催生了数字资本主义这一资本主义的新类型。数字资本主义以数字为"资本芯",具有依赖性、隐蔽性、渗透性的基本特征,以获取剩余价值、实现资本增值为最终目的,极易引发数字异化。当然,事物的发展具有两面性,数字资本主义对于新技术、新业态的发展,传统产业的转型升级具有一定的促进作用。新时代下,以一种辩证发展的视角对数字资本主义进行政治经济学批判具有一定的必要性。
With the development of information technology such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing,a new type of capital,digital capital,emerges as the times require.It is the third form of capital after industrial capital and financial capital,which are inseparable.The emergence of digital capital has also given birth to the new type of capitalism of digital capitalism.Digital capitalism takes numbers as"capital core"and has the basic characteristics of dependence,concealment and penetration.The ultimate goal of digital capitalism is to obtain surplus value and realize capital appreciation.It is easy to cause digital alienation.Of course,the development of things has two sides,digital capitalism for the development of new technologies,new forms of business,the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries have a certain role in promoting.In the new era,it is necessary to criticize digital capitalism from the perspective of dialectical development.
