摘要 2016年9月,中国学生发展核心素养研究成果发布,自主发展是学生核心素养的三个方面之一。这一与学生相关的自主发展概念,套用在教师身上,其实也适用,也就是"教师自主发展",即教师有效管理自己、认识和发现自我价值,发掘自身潜力,有效地应对复杂多变的环境,发展成为人生方向明确、有一定生活品质的人。中小学教师是学生成长的导师,也是自己专业发展的摆渡人。在与外部教育环境互动的过程中,中小学教师要认清自身的主体性地位,认清自身在专业发展中的动力源和"调控中枢"的作用,自主选择自己的发展目标,能动地探索专业发展路径。 In September 2016,the results of the research on core literacy of Chinese students were released.Independent development is one of the three aspects of students'core literacy.The concept of independent development was originally applied to students,and it is also applicable to teachers,so called the"independent development of teachers".That is,teachers could effectively manage themselves,recognize and discover self-worth,and explore their potential.They could also respond to complex and ever-changing environments effectively,and develop themselves into a person with a clear direction and quality life.Primary and middle school teachers are the mentor in the process of student growth and the ferryman in the process of their own professional development.Primary and middle school teachers should recognize their subject status in the process of interacting with the external educational environment.They should also recognize that they are their own power source and"control center"role in their professional development.They should independently choose their own development goals and actively explore their path of professional development.
