摘要
目的:探讨美洛西林钠联合四联双歧杆菌对感染性腹泻患儿炎性因子与肠道功能的影响。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月陕西省咸阳市杨凌示范区医院收治的感染性腹泻患儿108例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组使用美洛西林钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用四联双歧杆菌活菌片治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、后血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-7、二胺氧化酶(DAO)和D-乳酸水平,肠道菌群和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(92.59%)显著高于对照组(62.96%)(P<0.05)。观察组腹痛腹泻消失时间、住院时间、治愈时间均显著短于对照组(均P<0.05),皮疹发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清IL-6、IL-17、DAO、D-乳酸水平及肠球菌数量均显著下降,乳杆菌数量和B/E值显著升高,且观察组变化更为显著(均P<0.05)。结论:美洛西林钠联合四联双歧杆菌活菌片可提高小儿感染性腹泻的疗效,调节肠道菌群平衡,降低炎性因子水平,改善肠道功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of mezlocillin sodium combined with Bifidobacterium tetralogy on inflammatory factors levels and intestinal function in children with infectious diarrhea. Methods:A total of 108 children with infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 54 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with mezlocillin sodium,and those in the observation group were treated with mezlocillin sodium combined with Bifidobacterium tetralogy.The clinical efficacy,the serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-7,diamine oxidase(DAO) and D-lactic acid,intestinal flora and adverse reactions were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05).The abdominal pain and diarrhea disappearance time,hospital days and cure time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of rash was significantly lower( P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-17,DAO and D-lactic acid as well as the number of intestinal Enterococcus were decreased,while Lactobacillus number and B/E ratio were increased in both groups,and the changes were more significant in the observation group( P <0.05). Conclusion:The combination of mezlocillin sodium and Bifidobacterium tetralogy could effectively modulate the balance of intestinal flora,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve intestinal function in children with infectious diarrhea.
