摘要
为探索表层裂缝对钢桥面铺装层的受力影响,优化钢桥面铺装裂缝病害处理措施,以虎门大桥钢桥面铺装模型为分析案例,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建模分析。研究表明:U型纵向肋边肋顶部铺装层极易出现纵向开裂;钢桥面铺装特性与裂缝病害存在关联性,钢桥面铺装表层裂缝病害的存在将不同程度上加快铺装层破坏;钢桥面铺装层产生裂缝初期需及时灌缝处治,灌缝材料需满足相关要求。
In order to explore the influence of surface cracks on the steel deck pavement layer,took the steel bridge deck pavement model of Humen Bridge as an analysis case,study of optimize the treatment measures of steel bridge deck pavement cracks were analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software.The study indicates that the pavement layer on the top of U-shaped longitudinal rib is prone to produce longitudinal cracking;The crack diseases are related to steel bridge deck pavement characteristics,cracks in surface layer of steel bridge deck pavement accelerates pavement damage to varying degress;It is necessary to treat the cracks in the initial stage of cracks in steel bridge deck pavement and the filling materials should meet relevant requirements.
