摘要
以航空离散型制造企业为背景,以传统的设备编码所带来的问题为牵引,采用分级式数字编码法和"线-面分类结合"的方法将航空产品的设备进行分类,研究适应设备动态重组、柔性生产的设备编码技术。通过企业信息系统将其编码进行统一管理和自动计算调用其他生产单元的设备资源方式,不仅实现了快速工艺设计,而且打破了生产单元的限制,并成功应用于工艺设计、生产制造等方面,实现了设备资源的动态重组,提高了生产的柔性,为离散型制造企业设备资源的均衡利用、自动排产及柔性制造奠定了基础。
Based on the background of aerospace discrete type manufacturing enterprises,kept the problems caused by traditional equipment coding for traction,and used the hierarchical digital coding method and the"line-to-surface classification combination method"to classify the equipments of aviation products and study the adaptation equipments dynamic regrouping,and flexible production equipments coding technology.Through the enterprise information system,managed coding and automatically calculated the equipments resources of other producing units,which can not only realize the rapid process design,but also breakthrough the limitations of the production unit,and the successful realized application and process design,manufacturing,etc..At the same time,realized the dynamic reorganization of equipments resources,improved the flexibility of production,and laid a foundation for the balanced utilization of equipments resources,automatic production and flexible manufacturing of discrete manufacturing enterprises.
