摘要
为了提高线缆一线生产企业的工作效率以及生产流水线的自动化程度,研究了基于机器视觉的电缆方位检测系统。该系统通过机器视觉模块实时采集电缆图像,通过图像处理和机械臂旋转来检测和矫正电缆的方位,以达到目标位置。检测与矫正的精度,将影响后续电缆配件及插头的安装精度。通过试验及现场测试得出该系统具有良好的实际操作性能。
In order to improve the efficiency of the cable production enterprises and the degree of automation of production line, this paper studied the cable oriented detection system based on machine vision. The system uses the machine vision module to collect the real-time image of cable. It can reach the target position by image processing and robot armto detect and correct the orientation of cable. The accuracy of detection and correction will affect the installation accuracy of cable fittings and plugs. The experiment and field tests show that the system has good practical performance.
