摘要
通过对组织分析、力学性能分析研究了各个退火温度对双相不锈钢S32101的影响。结果表明,退火后的双相不锈钢为典型的铁素体和奥氏体组织的双相结构,奥氏体体积分数随退火温度的增加而减小,抗拉强度随退火温度的增加而减小,延伸率在1100℃时达到最佳状态。
The effect of annealing temperature on S32101 of two-phase stainless steel was studied by microstructure analysis and mechanical analysis.The results show that the annealed two-phase stainless steel is a typical two-phase structure of ferrite and austenite , and the volume fraction of austenite decreases with the increase of annealing temperature and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of annealing temperature , meanwhile , the elongation is at its best on 1100℃.
