摘要
目的探讨托管模式在医疗设备管理中的有效性。方法将医疗设备分批、逐步交给第三方医疗设备服务托管公司(简称第三方)管理,由第三方在医院内建立器械维修服务点,定时定点地对医疗设备进行维修和预防性维护。结果与医院医学装备管理科工作人员管理期间相比,交由第三方医疗设备服务托管公司托管的医疗设备维修响应速度快、维修时间短、开机率能够保证、维保档案完整,维修数据分析统计、原始技术资料、维保记录、修理记录、零件更换等方面的资料保存全面,维修费用略低于医院医学装备管理科管理期间。结论与第三方医疗设备服务托管公司合作是目前较好的医疗设备管理方法之一。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of custody model in medical device management. Methods Firstly, the medical equipment was divided into batches and handed over to the third-party medical equipment service hosting company. Then the thirdparty set up a service center for equipment maintenance in the hospital, and regularly and regularly repaired and maintained medical equipment. Results Compared with the management period of staff in the department of medical equipment management in our hospital, the medical equipment managed by the third-party medical equipment service hosting company had the advantages of quick response, short maintenance time, high opening rate and complete maintenance files. In addition, the maintenance data analysis and statistics, original technical data, maintenance records, repair records, parts replacement records and other data preservation were very comprehensive. Maintenance cost was slightly lower than management period of the department of medical equipment management in the hospital. Conclusion It is one of the better methods of medical equipment management to cooperate with the third-party medical equipment service hosting company.
