摘要
为了研究再生微粉的基本理化性能及其对胶砂抗压、抗折强度和微观结构的影响,本试验测试了再生微粉的基本物理性能指标,采用X射线衍射及荧光衍射法(XRD,XRF)分析了再生微粉的主要化学组成;将再生微粉作为矿物掺合料以不同掺量取代水泥,研究了再生微粉取代率对砂浆抗压、抗折强度及微观结构的影响规律。结果表明:(1)再生微粉粒径较大且质地疏松,其主要化学成分与普通硅酸盐水泥相近;(2)胶砂抗压、抗折强度随再生微粉掺量的增大而降低;(3)再生微粉掺量越大,砂浆微观结构越疏松多孔。再生微粉掺量在10%以内时,可以作为矿物掺合料替代水泥制备胶砂。
In order to study the basic physical and chemical properties of the recycled crushed concrete powder and its effect on the compressive strength,flexural strength and microstructure of the mortar,the basic physical properties of the recycled powder were tested in this experiment.The main chemical composition of the recycled crushed concrete powder was analyzed by XRD and XRF.The influence of the substitution rate of recycled fine powder on the compressive strength,flexural strength and microstructure of mortar was studied by replacing cement with different amount of the recycled powder.The results show that (1)The size of recycled crushed concrete powder is large and the texture is loose,and its main chemical composition is close to that of ordinary portland cement;(2)The compressive and flexural strength of mortar decreased with the increase of the recycled crushed concrete powder content;(3)With the increase of the amount of recycled crushed concrete powder,the microstructure of mortar is looser and porous.When the content of recycled crushed concrete powder is less than 10%,it can be used as mineral addmixture replacing cement to prepare mortar.
