Nb微合金化对大规格GCr15钢球化组织的影响

摘要 为了提高大规格GCr15钢球化退火组织合格率,进行不同Nb含量微合金化试验,采用ICAP6300等离子光谱分析仪及蔡司光学显微镜进行检验分析。结果表明:采用0.022%Nb微合金化,网状碳化物明显改善,球化退火效果提高,球化退火后获得了碳化物颗粒细小均匀的球化组织。GCr15钢冶炼过程中采用0.022%Nb微合金化,可提高球化退火组织合格率。 In order to improve the qualified rate of spheroidized annealing structure of large size GCr15 steel,with different Nb content microalloying tests were carried out.ICAP6300 plasma spectrometer and Zeiss optical microscope were used for analysis.The results show that with 0.022%Nb microalloyed steel,the network carbide is significantly improved,the effect of spheroidized annealing is improved,and the fine and uniform carbide particles of spheroidizing structure is obtained after spheroidized annealing.Using 0.022%Nb microalloyed steel in the GCr15 steel smelting process can improve the qualified rate of spheroidized annealing structure.
