结核分枝杆菌对人成骨细胞破坏的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 结核分枝杆菌不同毒力株和不同分化能力的人成骨细胞共培养,通过标志蛋白和其mRNA的定量检测以及形态学观察,细胞、细菌计数分析,揭示结核分枝杆菌对成骨细胞免疫功能和成骨功能的影响及其机制。确定内化是否同成骨细胞功能的改变相关,以及内化后,成骨细胞的转归特点。主要对结核分枝杆菌对人成骨细胞的破坏研究作一综述。 Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains of different virulence and different differentiation capacity of human osteoblasts were cocultured. Through marker protein, its mRNA quantitative detection, morphological observation and analysis of cell and bacteria count, that how Mycobacterium tuberculosis affect on osteoblast cell immune function and osteogenic function and its mechanism are found. It aims at determining whether the internalization is correlative with osteoblast function change, and the characteristics of bone cells prognosis after internalization. This paper is the reviews about the study on how Mycobacterium tuberculosis destroy human osteoblasts.
