摘要
以往按照国标进行的铬天青S比色法测定低含量铝的方法,不但成本高,而且过程繁琐,不便于日常生产检测操作。本人经过多次试验,作了技术改进,采用银坩埚代替铂金坩埚,在掩蔽了Fe^(3+)和Mn^(2+)后,用硝基酚为指示剂,六次甲基四胺为缓冲溶液,将pH值控制在5~6之间,使铝离子与铬天青S形成稳定的络合物,再通过比色法测定,同样得到精确的实验结果。与以往国标法实验比较,改进后的实验新方法,能降低成本、简化步骤,并且较适应实验室的日常生产。
The Al low content test of Cr azure S by colorimetry according to state standard isn t convenient in the daily operation because of its high cost and complicated process.So we have improved it by many times of experiments,such as the Pt crucible replaced with Ag ones,take nitrophenol as the indicator,hexamethylenetetramine as the buffer solution,pH control in 5-6,let Al ion and Cr azure S form the stable complex,then test by colorimetry,the same precise result can be still achieved.In the comparison to the past method,this new method can decrease the cost,reduce the steps and more suitable to the daily production in the lab.
