摘要
目的:基于福建体职院的样本数据,从健康素养视角入手,调查分析保健类课程在职业能力形成中的帮助度、在职业岗位行为中的应用度及其课程教学改革问题,以期为推进体职类高校保健类课程教学改革、提高教学成效提供参考。方法:文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法。结论:在初始职业能力形成中,保健类课程发挥的作用没有很突出,在之后职业化过程中,对运动系作用提升幅度大,对其他系则下降;在职业岗位行为中,保健类课程技能应用明显多于理论知识;保健类课程教学改革主要集中在理论内容、教学理念、教学方法和理论与实践课时比例上,教学方式选取有专业差异。建议:提高实践课时比例,保障理论内容和实践课质量,加快数据平台建设,推进教师职业化发展以及注入高水平师资。
Objective:Based on the sample data of Fujian Sports Vocational College and from the perspective of health literacy,this paper investigates and analyses the help degree of health courses in the formation of Vocational ability,the application degree of health courses in occupational post behavior and the problems of curriculum teaching reform.Therefore,this paper is expected to provide a reference for promoting the teaching reform and improving the teaching effect of health care courses in sports vocational colleges.Methods:Literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics were used.Conclusion:(1)In the formation of initial professional competence,the role of health care courses is not very prominent In the later process of professionalization,the role of health care courses in sports department is greatly increased,while that of other departments is decreased.(2)In occupational post behavior,the application of health care curriculum skills is obviously more than theoretical knowledge.(3)The teaching reform of health care course mainly concentrates on the theoretical content,teaching idea,teaching method and the proportion of theoretical and practical class hours.There are professional differences in the selection of teaching methods.Suggestions:Improving the proportion of practice class hours,guaranteeing the quality of theory and practice class,speeding up the construction of data platform,promoting the professional development of teachers,and injecting high-level teachers.
