摘要
下肢骨折是骨科最常见的创伤之一,手术是其主要的治疗方法。因为涉及髋、膝、踝等多个关节以及周围软组织,为了实现坚强的内固定和良好的功能恢复必须要得到牢固的复位。手法复位、牵引床、股骨牵开器、外固定支架是骨折治疗中常用的复位方式和工具,目前在下肢骨折手术中广泛被使用,但其给患者带来的相关并发症一直在困扰着创伤骨科医师。随着手术理念的不断更新以及外科手术的微创化治疗趋势,目前骨折的治疗除注意骨折本身,更注重保护软组织。作为新型的微创复位方式,顺势复位近几年在国内得到广泛的应用和推广,其理念符合外科手术的发展需求,最大限度地保护软组织,为创伤骨科医师提供更理想的复位选择。
Lower limb fracture is one of the most common injuries in orthopedics,and surgery is taken for the main treatment method.Ideal reduction is required to achieve strong internal fixation and good functional recovery because the hip,knee,ankle and other joints and surrounding soft tissues are involved.Although manual traction,traction bed,femoral retractor and external fixator are widely used in this kind of fractures,but the clinical reports about complications is continuously spawning as well.With the renewal of the surgical concept and development of minimally invasive technique,the fracture treatments focus more on the protection of soft tissue than the fracture itself.As a new minimally invasive reduction method,homeopathic reduction has been gradually adopted by domestic orthopedists in recent years.It can meet the demand of minimally invasive surgery on account of embracing both soft-tissue sparing and bone conservation.Therefore homeopathic reduction could be an ideal option for orthopedic surgeons.
