摘要
针对我国粮机装备制造业的现状与存在的问题,在智能制造的发展趋势下,提出了构建智能化、低成本、高效率的粮机装备智能制造平台的思路。分析了粮机装备制造业在制造成本与生产效率方面的智能制造需求,提出了以切割下料排样优化与车间作业调度优化为核心的粮机装备智能制造技术体系。详细给出了平台的关键技术与实现方法,主要包括型材零件切割下料排样优化、板材零件切割下料排样优化与车间作业调度优化等核心内容。在此基础上,设计并开发了基于排样优化与车间调度的粮机装备智能制造平台。该平台能够较好地增强粮机企业的智能化制造程度,降低制造成本,提高生产效率。
In view of the present situation and existing problems in grain machine manufacturing industry in China,under the development trend of intelligent manufacturing,the intelligent manufacturing platform of grain machine with characteristics of intelligent,low-cost and efficient were put forward in the paper. The demand of intelligent manufacturing in manufacturing cost and production efficiency was analyzed,with the optimization of cutting blanking layout and workshop operation scheduling as the core,an intelligent manufacturing technology system of grain machinery equipment was proposed. The key technologies and realization methods of the platform were presented in detail,which mainly included the optimization of cutting blanking layout of profile parts and sheet metal parts,and the optimization of workshop operation scheduling. On this basis,an intelligent manufacturing platform for grain machine based on packing optimization and workshop scheduling was designed and developed. The platform can enhance the level of intelligent manufacturing,reduce manufacturing cost and improve production efficiency of grain machine company.
