基于冲次控制的从式井变频节能分析

摘要 抽油机是石油排采中的重要用电设备,能耗问题日益显著。基于冲次控制的变频技术应用于抽油机上,可以实现很好的节能效果,本文研究了丛式井变频节能的冲次控制方式及详细的节能方案。通过在某油田丛式井上的实际改造应用,证明了节能方案的有效性和优异性,带来了较大的经济价值,为同类设备的改造提供了参考和借鉴。 Pumping unit is an important electrical equipment in oil production,and the problem of energy consumption is increasingly significant.The Frequency conversion technology based on impulse control applied to pumping units can achieve good energy-saving effect.This paper studies the impulse control mode and detailed energy-saving scheme of frequency conversion energy-saving in cluster wells.The practical application of the energy-saving scheme on the cluster wells in an oilfield proves its effectiveness and superiority,which brings great economic value and provides a reference for the modification of similar equipment.
