摘要
为了探讨莲雾果中富含的钙、铜、镁、硼、铁、锌、锰、钼等微量元素对人类生命活动的影响。采用原子吸收分光光度法对莲雾果实中Ca、Mn、K、Cu等微量元素的进行检测。结果表明:莲雾果实中含有Ca、Mn、K、Cu元素的含量分别为12. 67、0. 35、138. 03、0. 66μg. g^(-1),回收率为98%~105%,相对标准偏差为0. 1%~0. 8%。实验方法准确性高、操作简便,对莲雾的推广应用有一定指导作用。
Wax Apple is rich in calcium,magnesium,boron,manganese,iron,copper,zinc,molybdenum and other trace elements,those are important for life activities.The deficiency or excess of trace elements in human body may lead to the disorder of physiological function and even cause diseases.The contents of potassium,zinc,iron,calcium and copper in Wax Apple were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results show that:the Wax Apple is containing a certain amount of Ca、Mn、K、Cu is 12.67、0.35、138.03、0.66μg.g^-1.The method that the recovery is:98%~105%,and the precision is 0.1%~0.8%.
