摘要
目的研究宁夏、青海两产地紫花地丁不同极性部位提取物对不同菌种抑菌效果。方法宁夏、青海两产地紫花地丁石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物、水提取物用试管二倍稀释法联合琼脂平板法,进行体外抑菌试验研究。结果宁夏产地紫花地丁乙酸乙酯提取物(A2)对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均为3.13mg·mL^(-1);青海产地紫花地丁乙酸乙酯提取物(B2)对表皮葡萄球菌MIC为6.25mg·mL^(-1)。宁夏产地紫花地丁石油醚提取物(A1)、正丁醇提取物(A3)、水提物(A4)对8种细菌MIC为6.25~50.00mg·mL^(-1)。青海产地紫花地丁石油醚提取物(B1)、正丁醇提取物(B3)、水提取物(B4)对8种细菌MIC为12.5~50.0mg·mL^(-1)。结论宁夏产地紫花地丁乙酸乙酯提取物(A2)对葡萄球菌的抑菌效果优于青海产地紫花地丁乙酸乙酯提取物(B2)。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial effects to different strains of the different polar parts extraction in Ningxia and Qinghai herba violae. Methods Ningxia and Qinghai herba violae petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol extract and water extract were conducted in vitro bacteriostasis tests by tube double dilution method combined with agar plate method. Results The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Ningxia herba violae ethyl acetate extract(A2) to staphylococcus aureus and epidermis staphylococcus aureus was 3.13mg·mL^-1. The MIC of Qinghai herba violae ethyl acetate extract(B2) to epidermis staphylococcus aureus was 6.25mg·mL^-1. The MIC of Ningxia herba violae petroleum ether extract(A1), n-butanol extract(A3) and water extract(A4) to eight bacteria strains were 6.25-50.00mg·mL^-1. The MIC of Qinghai herba violae petroleum ether extract(B1),n-butanol extract(B3) and water extract(B4) to eight bacteria strains were 12.5-50.0mg·mL^-1. Conclusion The antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus of Ningxia herba violae ethyl acetate extract (A2) was better than that of Qinghai herba violae ethyl acetate extract (B2).
