摘要
介绍了利用西门子S7-300PLC系统与人机界面TK6070iH HMI控制BGC-200打包机液压系统及运包小车变频运行系统。人机界面与西门子PLC控制系统的设计应用,实现了电气控制限位、故障条目、操作步骤等画面信息的自动控制。
This paper introduces the hydraulic system of BGC-200 baler controlled by Siemens S7-300 PLC system and human-machine interface TK6070iH HMI and the frequency conversion operation system of baler trolley. The design and application of man-machine interface and Siemens PLC control system lists the screen information of electric control limit, fault items, operation steps and so on.
