摘要
在液相色谱仪首次检定时曾经遇到线性范围检定的困惑,经过对检定规程中紫外检测器线性范围检定过程的研究思考,结合自己的实际操作经验,查阅相关资料,给出一种新的线性范围检定方法供参考,并与文献中给出的检定方法进行比较。
There is a perplexity on verificating the linear range in the first verification of the liquid chromatograph.After studying and practicing the linear range verification process of the ultraviolet photometric detector verification regulation,consulting the relevant data,a new verification method of linear range was given for reference,and compared with the verification method given in the literature.
