摘要
为了研究运动训练对代谢综合征大鼠糖脂代谢的影响和可能机制。通过8周高脂高糖高盐饲料喂养的方法构建代谢综合征模型,将25只模型鼠分为模型组(13只)和运动组(12只)、4只正常大鼠为对照组。运动组大鼠进行运动训练6周。检测各组大鼠的体重、Lee′s指数、血压、FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、FFA、ADP、LEP的水平。结果显示,模型组大鼠体重、Lee′s指数、血压、FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、FFA、LEP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),ADP、HDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.05);运动组大鼠体重、Lee’s指数、血压、FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、FFA、LEP水平明显低于模型组(P<0.05),而ADP、HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.05)。表明运动训练可以防治代谢综合征,可能与其抑制TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、FFA、LEP的表达和促进ADP的表达有关。
In order to study the effect and possible mechanism of exercise on glucose and lipid metabolism in rats with metabolic syndrome,a metabolic syndrome model was constructed by feeding a high-fat, high-sugar and high-salt feed for 8 weeks. Twenty-five model mice were divided into the model group (13 rats) and the exercise group (12 rats) and 15 normal rats were selected in the control group. The rats in the exercise group were subjected to do exercise for 6 weeks. The levels of body weight, Lee's index, blood pressure,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C, FBG,FINS,TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, FFA,ADP and LEP were measured in each group of rats. The results showed that the levels of body weight, Lee??s index, blood pressure, TC,TG,LDL-C , FBG,FINS,TNF-α, IL-6, hs- CRP, FFA,LEP in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0. 05), while the levels of ADP and HDL-C were significantly lower (P <0. 05). The levels of body weight, Lee’s index, blood pressure, TC,TG,LDL-C , FBG, FINS,TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, FFA and LEP in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P < 0. 05), while the levels of ADP and HDL-C were significantly increased (P < 0. 05). Exercise could prevent metabolic syndrome, which may be related to its inhibition of TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, FFA and LEP and the promotion of ADP expression.
