摘要
目的研究宽叶打碗花全草的脂溶性化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、反相柱色谱和制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、波谱数据并结合文献鉴定化合物结构。结果从宽叶打碗花中分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为东莨菪苷(1)、莨菪亭(2)、N-p-香豆酰酪胺(3)、伞形花内酯(4)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(6)、大豆脑苷Ⅰ(7)、去氢催吐萝芙木醇(8)、(6R,7aR)-表地芰普内酯(9)、绿原酸甲酯(10)以及β-谷甾醇(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the liposoluble chemical constituents from Calystegia sepium (L)RBR. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,ODS column chromatography,preparative HPLC and so on. The structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and the spectroscopic data,as well as literature. Results A total of 11 compounds were separated and identified as scopolin(1),scopoletin(2), N-p -ciscoumaroy-tyramine(3),umbell-iferone(4),dibutyl phthalate(5),dioctyl phthalate(6),soya-cerebroside Ⅰ(7),Dehydrovomifoliol(8),(-)-epiloliolide(9),methyl chlorogenate(10),β-sitosterol(11). Conclusion Compounds 1-11 are isolated from Calystegia sepium for the first time.
