摘要
目的:探讨护理风险管理在小儿静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:将2016年1月～2017年2月104例小儿静脉输液患儿根据数字表法分组(各52例),对照组采取常规护理管理,风险管理组在对照组基础上实施护理风险管理,比较两组家长满意度、护理人员风险管理意识、风险防范质量、风险处理能力,比较反复穿刺、液体渗出率、针头脱落等不良事件发生率。结果:风险管理组家长满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;风险管理组护理人员风险管理意识、风险防范质量、风险处理能力高于对照组,P<0.05;风险管理组反复穿刺、液体渗出率、针头脱落等不良事件发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:护理风险管理在小儿静脉输液中的应用效果确切,可有效提高护理人员风险管理意识、风险防范质量、风险处理能力,减少输液过程不良事件发生,提高家长的满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing risk management in pediatric intravenous infusion.Methods:A total of 104 children with intravenous infusion from January 2006 to February 2017 were enrolled and grouped according to the number table(52 cases).The control group was treated with routine nursing management,and the risk management group implemented nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.Compared the two groups of parents'satisfaction;nursing staff risk management awareness,risk prevention quality,risk management capacity,repeated puncture,liquid leakage rate,needle off and other adverse events.Results:Parent satisfaction of the risk management group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The risk management awareness,risk prevention quality and risk treatment ability of the nurses in the risk management group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse events in the risk management group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nursing risk management in children with intravenous infusion is of the exact effect,it can effectively improve the risk management awareness of nursing staff,risk prevention quality,risk management capacity to reduce the infusion process adverse events,improve parental satisfaction,is worthy of promotion.
