基于流场仿真分析的折流杆换热器振动原因分析

摘要 针对折流杆列管式换热器在较大流量或高流速场合下换热管振动损坏现象,从某一电厂使用折流杆换热器进行工业水冷却发生换热管振动损伤的工程案例出发,运用物理模型进行流场仿真分析及按GB151进行数值计算,分析折流杆换热器发生振动破坏的原因。得出在换热器壳程流体出入口处部分区域存在流体横向冲刷换热管引发流致振动导致振动超标的结论,分析与换热器实际涡流探伤结果一致。 In view of vibration damage of the heat exchanger tubes in the case of high flow rate or high velocity, a case of heat exchanger tubes vibration damage caused during the industrial water cooling process of the rod baffle heat exchanger in a power plant is presented in this paper. The physical model is used to simulate the flow field and numerical calculation is conducted according to the GB151 to analyze the causes of vibration failure of the rod baffle heat exchanger. It is concluded that in the shell side of the heat exchanger, there is fluid transverse scour in the region of the inlet and outlet of the fluid, which causes flow vibration and leads to excessive vibration. The analysis is consistent with the actual eddy current testing results of heat exchangers.
