摘要
借助ANSYS软件,以管道内双点腐蚀为研究对象,通过建立椭圆形双点腐蚀缺陷和正方形双点腐蚀缺陷,研究双点腐蚀缺陷在不同的缺陷深度、缺陷间距下管道最大等效应力与剩余强度的变化规律,并对其剩余寿命进行预测。结果表明:远离缺陷部位,等效应力分布均匀,最大等效应力发生在缺陷边缘区域;两种双点腐蚀缺陷等效应力均随缺陷深度的增大而增大,随缺陷间距的增大先减小而后保持不变,出现临界值;椭圆形双点腐蚀缺陷危害性大。所得结论可为管道的检修与替换提供可靠的数据支撑。
With the aid of ANSYS software, double point corrosion in pipelines is taken as the research object. Through establishing elliptical double point corrosion defects and square double point corrosion defects, this paper studies the maximum equivalent stress and the change law of residual intensity of the pipeline under different defect depths and defect spacing. It predicts the residual life as well. The results show that the equivalent stress distribution is uniform in the areas far from the defects and the maximum equivalent stress occurs in the edge area of the defect;the equivalent stress of the two kinds of double point corrosion defects increases with the increase of defect depth and with the increase of defect spacing, it decreases first and then remains unchanged and the threshold appears;the elliptical double point corrosion defect is more harmful. The conclusions can provide reliable data support for pipeline maintenance and replacement.
