摘要
对近年来蔬果有效成分包括色素类、维生素类、碳水化合物、单宁类、挥发油类、生物碱类、含氮类、脂肪酸、微量元素等进行归纳分析,从基础研究和临床研究方面分别综述其对肿瘤化疗作用的影响。
The active ingredients of vegetable and fruit including pigments,vitamins,carbohydrate,tannins,volatile oils,alkaloids,nitrogen,fatty acids,trace elements and others in recent years were concluded and analyzed from fundamental research and clinical research to review their effects on the chemotherapy of tumor.
