油气压力随机波动下水下连接器密封特性对比 被引量:1

摘要 为获得油气压力随机波动下具有不同密封结构的水下连接器的密封特性,以透镜式密封结构和VX钢圈密封结构连接器为研究对象,建立了油气压力的随机波动模型,以密封面最大接触应力、有效接触宽度和密封件回弹量为密封性能指标,采用有限元方法对比分析了不同连接器的密封特性。分析结果表明:在考虑油气压力随机波动时,透镜式密封结构的最大接触应力、接触宽度和回弹量的均值及方差均高于VX钢圈密封结构的对应值;在油气压力随机波动下,透镜式密封结构密封性能优于VX钢圈密封结构; VX钢圈密封结构在密封面有效接触宽度和密封件回弹量指标方面具有更好的统计稳定性。所得结论可为水下生产连接器的优化设计及现场应用提供参考。 To understand the sealing characteristics of subsea connectors with different sealing structures under random fluctuation of oil and gas pressure,the connectors with lens sealing structure and VX gasket sealing structure are taken as research objects.The random fluctuation model of oil and gas pressure is established.Taking the seal surface's maximum contact stress,effective contact width and seal resilience as the sealing performance indicators,the finite element method is used to compare and analyze the sealing characteristics of different connectors.The analysis results show that the mean value and variance of the maximum contact stress,contact width and resilience of the lens sealing structure are higher than that of the VX gasket sealing structure when considering the random fluctuation of oil and gas pressure.Under the random fluctuation of oil and gas pressure,the sealing performance of the lens sealing structure is better than that of the VX gasket sealing structure.The VX gasket sealing structure has better statistical stability in terms of effective contact width of the sealing surface and resilience of the seal.The study can provide reference for the optimal design and field application of subsea production connectors.
