基于文献计量学的我国护理专业CBL教学模式文献分析

摘要 目的了解我国护理专业CBL教学模式研究状况和发展趋势,为护理专业采用CBL教学模式提供参考依据。方法采用文献计量学方法对中国生物医学文献数据库(CMCC)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)和万方学术期刊全文数据库收录的护理CBL教学相关文献进行统计和分析。结果共筛选出138篇文献,分别发表在84种期刊上;作者来自全国30个省级行政区;研究机构为大学及其附属医院。论文被引频次在10次以上者9篇,最高被引频次为23次;研究受科研基金资助的38篇。结论 CBL教学模式近年来得到了护理专业越来越多的关注,涉及到护理理论和临床教学的众多课程,但总体文献较少,需要更多的研究来说明CBL教学模式是否适用于护理专业。 Objective To understand the research status and development trend of CBL(case-based learning)teaching mode in nursing profession in China,and to provide reference basis for nursing specialty to adopt CBL teaching mode.Method Using literature metrology method on Chinese journal of biomedical literature database(CMCC),China medical journal full-text database(CNKI),weipu chinese journal database(VIP)and wanfangy academic journal full-text database of nursing CBL statistics and analysis on the related literature.Results A total of 138 literatures were selected,published in 84 journals.The author is from 30 provincial-level administrative regions;The research institutes are universities and their affiliated hospitals.The citation frequency of the paper was 9 in 10 times and 23 times in high citation frequency.The research was supported by 38 research funds.Conclusion Nursing pays more and more attention on CBL in recent years,involving the nursing theory and clinical teaching of many courses,overall literature is less,but more research is needed to say whether CBL is suitable for the nursing profession.
