摘要
对1台140 t/h高温高压循环流化床锅炉的二次风和分离器入口进行了改造。通过提高二次风的分级比并且增加分离器分离效率,从而起到强化分级燃烧、降低炉温的效果,最终达到了氮氧化物50%的降幅,表明了良好的降氮改造效果。
A 140 t/h high temperature and pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler was subjected to retrofit of secondary air nozzle and cyclone. Through lifting the position of secondary air nozzle and improving efficiency of cyclone, staged combustion was strengthened and combustion temperature was decreased. After the modification, a decrease of 50% NOx was achieved.
