大埋深富水裂隙岩层土压平衡盾构填舱注浆施工技术 被引量:6

Study of Soil Chamber Grouting Technology for EPB Shield in Water-rich Weathered Rock with Large Depth

摘要 为解决穿越大埋深富水节理裂隙发育岩层的土压平衡盾构隧道施工过程中发生的开挖面涌水和地表沉降过大的问题,依托广佛环线沙堤隧道工程,对土压平衡盾构填舱注浆施工技术进行研究,并利用有限差分软件FLAC3D对填舱注浆技术进行数值模拟分析。研究结果表明:1)土压平衡盾构穿越深埋富水裂隙岩层时,隧道洞周围岩变形较小,而地表沉降及建筑物变形对地下水流失较为敏感; 2)将气压平衡和土舱填舱注浆处理技术相结合,辅以微扰动等施工控制方法的填舱注浆成套施工技术能够有效解决施工过程中的喷涌现象及地表建(构)筑物沉降过大的问题; 3)采用填舱注浆技术进行堵水时,应保证开挖面内填舱注浆范围和注浆参数选取的合理性,并应考虑注浆厚度对施工进度的影响。 In order to solve the problem of water gushing on the excavated surface and excessive surface subsidence during the excavation of earth pressure balance shield tunnel in deep buried and water-rich weathered fissured rock stratum, the filling and grouting technology based on the Shadi shield tunnel on Guangzhou-Foshan ring railway is introduced. The numerical simulation analysis to the filling and grouting technology is carried out by using the finite difference software FLAC3D.The results show that:when the EPB shield passes through beep buried and water-rich weathered fissured rock stratum, the rock deformation around the tunnel is small,the ground subsidence and building deformation are sensitive to groundwater loss.With the combination of air pressure balance and grouting treatment in cabin filling, supplemented by micro-disturbance and other construction control methods, the complete set of filling and grouting technology can effectively solve the problems of jet phenomenon during construction and excessive settlement of surface building (construction). When the technology of filling and grouting is adopted, the grouting range on the excavation surface and the technical parameters of grouting should be reasonable, and the effect of grouting thickness on construction progress should be considered.
