摘要
为研究高速铁路开通对城市可达性效率与空间公平的影响,选取了测量可达性的平均旅行时间和经济潜力两种方法,以贵广高铁所经过的22个城市为研究对象,最终得到贵广高铁开通前后沿线城市可达性效率与空间公平的结果。结果表明:(1)两种可达性指标测算的可达性都增加,平均旅行时间测算出的数据直接表明了高铁开通减少了城市之间的时间距离,而经济潜力测算出的数据则表明高铁开通提高了沿线城市的吸引力,可达性格局沿高速铁路呈带状分布,高铁的"廊道效应"明显;(2)两种可达性指标测算的表示公平的CV系数都有提高,但平均旅行时间测算出的CV系数更加明显,说明高铁开通加剧了可达性分布的空间不公平,剔除未设高铁站的城市得到CV系数均不明显;(3)与已有研究相比,贵广高铁加剧可达性分布的空间不公平不明显,原因是贵广高铁沿线的城市几乎都设有高铁站。
To study the impact of high-speed railway opening on urban accessibility efficiency and spatial equity,two methods of measuring the average travel time and economic potential of accessibility were selected.The 22 cities that Guiguang high-speed railway passed were the research objects,and finally the results of urban accessibility efficiency and spatial fairness before and after the opening of Guiguang high-speed railway were obtained.The results show that:(1)the accessibility of the two accessibility measures increases,and the data calculated by the average travel time directly indicate that the high-speed rail opening reduces the time distance between cities,and the data calculated by economic potential indicate that the opening of high-speed railway improves the attractiveness of cities along the route.The accessibility pattern is distributed along high-speed railways.The“corridor effect”of high-speed railways is obvious;(2)Both CV coefficients measured by the two accessibility indexes increase.However,the CV coefficient measured by the average travel time is more obvious,indicating that the opening of the high-speed railway exacerbates the spatial unfairness of the accessibility distribution.Eliminating cities without high-speed railway stations,the CV coefficient is not obvious;(3)compared with existing research,the unfairness of the space that is exacerbated by the Gui-Guang high-speed rail is not obvious,because the high-speed railway stations are almost all located in the cities along the Gui-Guang high-speed rail line.
