摘要
离体蛙心灌流的方法自建立以来就是动物生理学实验中一个重要的实验项目。斯氏蛙心插管法在高校实验教学中广泛采用,但是对初学者来说,插管难度大,实验成功率低。插管无法插入或者操作时间过长造成心脏功能受损、插管内发生凝血、切口位置不当、静脉窦受损和插管脱落是造成实验失败的主要原因。通过视频资料的观看使学生掌握实验的流程与细节、注意实验过程中的技巧、通过课程调整让学生得到多次练习的机会以达到一定的熟练度。这些措施的实施有效地提高了插管成功率和实验完成率,有效地提升了蛙心灌流实验的教学效果。
In vitro toad heart perfusion method has been an important experiment in Animal Physiology Experiment since its establishment. Struab s toad heart cannula is widely used in college experimental teaching, but it is difficult for beginners and the success rate of this experiment is low. The main causes of failure of intubation are heart damage caused by long time intubation, blood coagulating in intubation, improper incision position on arterial cone, lesions of sinus and fall off of cannula. So, we make sure that students master the experimental process and details by the video course, pay attention to the skills of the experiment, and achieve a certain degree of proficiency by times of practice. The implementation of these measures greatly improves the success rate of intubation and experimental completion rate, and effectively enhances the teaching effect of toad heart perfusion experiment.
