大抵抗线、变抵抗线条件下集束孔精细化爆破技术

摘要 采空区已成为影响我国金属非金属矿山安全生产最主要的危害源之一。处理采空区的同时,应尽可能回收其周边的残矿资源。由于暴露时间长,地应力集中,采空区及周边矿岩受到破坏。在对采空区周边残矿回收时,常面临大抵抗线、变抵抗线条件,爆破效果难以控制的问题。本文介绍的集束孔精细化爆破技术,根据爆破范围内最大抵抗线确定组成集束孔的炮孔个数,再根据各部分抵抗线变化情况,对装药的孔数进行调整,使爆破能量均匀分布于爆破范围矿岩,既保证矿岩破碎效果,又充分利用炸药能量。 The goaf has become one of the most important hazard sources affecting the production safety of mines in China.While dealing with the goafs,the residual mineral resources around the mined area should be recovered as far as possible.Because of the long exposure and concentrated stress,the mined area and the surrounding rock are often damaged.It is difficult to control the blasting effect for the large and variable resistance line of goaf.To solve the problems,bundle-hole meticulous blasting technology is introduced.In order to achieve good blasting effect,this technology determines the number of holes according to the maximum resistance line within the blasting range,and adjusts the number of charges according to the change of each part s resistance line.This technology makes the blasting energy evenly distributed in the blasting scope,which not only guarantees the fragmentation effect,but also makes full use of the explosive energy.
