摘要
主要介绍了火山渣-混凝土复合自保温砌块的生产技术和产品性能。研究表明,可以完全采用火山渣为骨料生产复合自保温砌块承重半框,组装的700级、800级、900级火山渣-混凝土复合自保温砌块强度等级可达到GB/T 29060—2012《复合保温砖和复合保温砌块》规定的MU3.5要求,火山渣利用率大于70%。
This paper mainly introduces the production technology and product performance of volcanic slag-concrete composite self-insulation block.The research shows that the composite self-insulating block can be produced by using volcanic slag as aggregate.The strength grades of the composite self-insulating block of 700,800 and 900 grades can meet the requirements of MU3.5 stipulated in GB/T 29060-2012 Composite Thermal Insulating Bricks and Composite Thermal Insulating Blocks,and the utilization ratio of volcanic slag is more than 70%.
