摘要
对某品牌汽车车门护板和左、右前迎宾踏板使用Moldflow软件进行CAE优化分析。采用Moldflow软件对注塑成型过程中的填充、保压、冷却以及产品中的应力分布、分子和纤维取向分布、产品的翘曲变形等情况进行仿真,对仿真数据进行模拟类比分析。以注塑件的翘曲变形量、熔接线等为主要指标确定合理的注塑工艺参数,并对注塑成型过程中产生的翘曲变形进行优化。
It introduces CAE optimization for car parts of the door guard and left/right welcome pedal in Moldflow.Based on the pre-process such as accurately predict filling,holding pressure and cooling of the melt,and stress distribution,molecular and fiber orientation distribution,warping deformation of products,etc.it simulates and obtains the result,analyzes the main indexes of warping deformation and fusion wiring of injection molding parts,determines the reasonable process parameters of the injection molding process,and puts forward solutions to the causes of warping deformation and the quality of fusion wiring.This optimization improves the success rate of mold testing,reduces mold production costs,shortens the mold development cycle,improves product quality.
