摘要
在某运动型多用途汽车(SUV)车型开发工程设计阶段,进行整车振动传递函数分析并与设计目标对比,发现传递函数在若干频率点幅值大幅超出。针对驾驶员座椅导轨处振动幅值超出问题,结合模态分析和工况变形模式法诊断出车身振动的主要传递路径为排气系统及吊钩。考虑到变更排气系统结构会大幅增加成本,因此采用平均驱动自由度位移法优化吊钩位置,削弱吊钩传递路径引起的车内振动。结果表明:改进后的排气系统吊钩对车内驾驶员座椅导轨振动的影响明显减弱且达到设计目标。
In a design stage of SUV vehicle development project,it analyzes the vehicle vibration transfer function and compares the design goal,shows that the transfer function has excessive peeks in a number of frequency points.According to the driver's seat rail vibration amplitude exceeds,it analyzes the deformation mode combined modal analysis method and operation deformation analysis method,presents main body vibration transfer path through exhaust system and hooks.If change the exhaust system structure,that will be a substantial increase in cost.It uses ADDOFD method to optimize the installation position of the hooks,alleviates the vibration transfer.Comparison of the effects before and after the improvement of the exhaust system hooks on the car driver's seat rail vibration,it shows the improved model weakened vibration obviously and achieved the design goal.
