摘要 氦气是一种稀缺性战略资源,被广泛应用于低温超导、航天、医疗和焊接等领域。本文建立了基于深冷法和膜分离法从二氧化碳气田中提氦的工艺模拟流程,基于溶解-扩散模型利用HYSYS软件对气体分离过程进行了模拟分析。结果表明,膜前与膜后的压力比越高,膜面积越小,控制压力比在8~12之间可以满足工艺条件和实现较好的经济效益;其次,膜前压力越高,氦气流量和回收率越高;一级膜分离氦气和回收率随温度升高而增加,二级膜分离氦气和回收率随温度升高呈现先增加后减小的趋势。 Helium is a scarce and strategic resource which has been widely used in low temperature superconductivity, aerospace, medicine, welding and other fields. In this paper, the simulation process of helium from carbon dioxide gas field was established based on cryogenic method and membrane separation method, and the simulation was built by HYSYS software. The dissolution-diffusion model was used to model the gas separation process. Results show that the higher pressure ratio on both sides of the membrane results in the smaller membrane area, therefore the pressure ratio ought to be set in the range of 8 to 12 to satisfy technological conditions which can achieve better economic benefits. In addition, with the higher pressure before the membrane separation, helium flow and recycle ratio will be higher. The helium flow and recycle ratio increase with increased temperature in the first membrane separation, and both two of them increase at first and then decrease with the increase of temperature before the second membrane separation.
